Scientist, Advanced Microscopy
The Chan Zuckerberg Imaging Institute is seeking a scientist who will focus on developing novel hardware technologies to extend the capabilities of cryogenic FIB-SEM to enable a deeper understanding of cell architecture and function at molecular resolutions. In this, unstained, vitrified cells are to be systematically imaged, correlating at the highest possible resolutions the locations of fluorescently labeled molecules within cell with the overall 3D cellular structure observed by SEM or AFM.
